Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the association between pelvic floor functionality and overall functional performance in MS patients.

  • Pelvic floor function evaluated via urinary incontinence (UI), fecal incontinence, and constipation.

  • Urinary incontinence negatively affects daily activities, walking, and quality of life in MS patients.
  • Increased UI and gait disturbances are evident in MS patients with moderate to severe dependence.
