Abstract:
The results of ventricular, atrial and sequential atrioventricular pacing, conducted in 16 cases of open-heart surgery, demonstrated that sequential atrioventricular pacing produced the best hemodynamic effect owing to the optimization of atrioventricular delay and impulse frequency.
