Cerebral Venous Thrombosis in Hematological Malignancy: Balancing the Risks.

Hematological neoplasms are a rare cause of cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT). While anticoagulation is a reasonable long-term option, managing thrombotic and hemorrhagic risks requires careful, multidisciplinary consideration.
