Quantitative sudomotor abnormalities in clinically isolated rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder

Sudomotor abnormalities are prevalent in clinically isolated REM sleep behavior disorder (iRBD), indicating early peripheral autonomic dysfunction. This finding supports iRBD as a prodromal stage of Parkinson's disease (PD).
