Foodborne Pathogen Assessment in Raw Milk Cheeses

Raw milk cheeses require improved hygiene, as most samples contained coagulase-positive Staphylococci. While Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes were absent, E. coli and staphylococcal enterotoxin issues were noted in some products.
