Driving Pressure-limited Strategy for Patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome. A Pilot Randomized Clinical

A driving pressure-limited ventilation strategy significantly reduced driving pressure in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) patients compared to conventional methods. This study demonstrates the feasibility of testing this lung-protective approach in clinical trials.
