Short-Term Impact of Traffic-Related Particulate Matter and Noise Exposure on Cardiac Function

Short-term exposure to traffic pollution, including particulate matter (PM2.5) and noise, may increase heart rate variations. However, this study found no significant impact on heart rate variability from simultaneous personal exposure.
