Association Between Serum Testosterone and Serum PSA Among Men With and Without Partial Androgen Deficiency

This study found no significant relationship between prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and testosterone levels in men over 50, regardless of partial androgen deficiency. Therefore, PSA levels do not need adjustment for biopsy decisions based on testosterone.
