Summary

High-grade glioma resection is improved by intraoperative MRI (IMRI) and 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA) compared to conventional methods. Neither IMRI nor 5-ALA showed a significant difference in gross-total resection rates for high-grade gliomas.
