Prediction of sofosbuvir response using interleukin-6 serum level and single nucleotide polymorphism of interferon

Hepatitis C treatment with Sofosbuvir showed no significant impact from INFL-4 gene variations. Dual therapy proved as effective as triple therapy, suggesting interferon can be omitted in treatment regimens for Hepatitis C virus (HCV).
