Catastrophic vision loss from radiation-induced optic neuropathy

Radiation therapy for craniopharyngioma can cause optic neuropathy, leading to severe vision loss. Despite aggressive treatment, including corticosteroids and hyperbaric oxygen, vision did not improve in this patient.
