[Second neoplasms in malignant hemopathies]

12 cases of a second malignant neoplasm in patients with a systemic hematologic disease were for a 10-year-period among the patients of a hematologic clinic. Seven of these cases are reported in detail. The factors which lead to this phenomenon becoming more frequent are discussed.
