Bone turnover correlates with bone quantity but not bone microarchitecture in chronic hemodialysis

In chronic hemodialysis patients, high bone turnover is linked to poor bone structure. However, this association disappears when bone density is considered, suggesting other factors influence bone health and fracture risk.
