First Case of Invasive Stachybotrys Sinusitis.

This study reports the first case of invasive Stachybotrys chlorohalonata sinusitis in a leukemia patient, successfully treated but followed by a rare Aspergillus calidoustus infection. It highlights risks in immunocompromised individuals.
