Favourable serum calcification propensity with intraperitoneal as compared with subcutaneous insulin administration

Intraperitoneal (IP) insulin administration in type 1 diabetes (T1DM) patients showed a longer calcification propensity time (T50) compared to subcutaneous (SC) insulin. This suggests a more favorable calcification profile with IP insulin.
