Capacity evaluations for adult protective services: videoconference or in-person interviews

• Telecommunication was integrated to assess APS clients in remote Texas areas.
• Over two years, 545 capacity assessments were completed, with 334 (61%) utilizing videoconference interviews.

• Telecommunication significantly expands the reach of TEAM-FACN's assessment services.
