Dual-Plane versus Prepectoral Breast Reconstruction in High-Body Mass Index Patients

For high body mass index (BMI) patients undergoing breast reconstruction, the prepectoral approach shows fewer complications than the dual-plane method. This suggests prepectoral reconstruction may be a safer option for this patient group.
