Summary

Bone sarcoidosis affects 14% of sarcoidosis patients, primarily involving the axial skeleton. Fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT) is a sensitive tool for diagnosing and monitoring bone sarcoidosis.
