Background:

Daith piercing, an ear helix piercing, is gaining popularity as an alternative therapy for chronic headaches, particularly migraines.

Proposed mechanisms include vagal nerve stimulation or a placebo effect.

Observation:

A case study involving a 47-year-old female patient with refractory cluster headaches is presented.
The patient underwent a daith piercing procedure.
The study aims to document the patient's experience and outcomes.

Findings:
