[Serodiagnosis of gram-negative urinary infections (author's transl)]

The authors recall the interest of serodiagnosis of urinary infection in children for the diagnosis of pyelonephritis and supervision during treatment. They then give details of the technic of estimation of specific antibodies for Gram negative bacilli isolated during past and present infections.
