LRRC15 Targeting in Soft-Tissue Sarcomas: Biological and Clinical Implications

Leucine-rich repeat containing 15 (LRRC15) is expressed in soft-tissue sarcomas (STS) and linked to poor outcomes. Targeting LRRC15 with ABBV-085 antibody-drug conjugate shows promising preclinical efficacy in LRRC15-positive STS.
