New Data-based Cutoffs for Maximal Exercise Criteria across the Lifespan

New age-dependent cutoff values for cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) exhaustion criteria were established to accurately assess maximal oxygen uptake (V˙O2max). These criteria help prevent underestimation of V˙O2max in a general population.
