Summary
This study shows a new surgical method for treating severe limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD) using corneal transplants and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). The combined treatment successfully restored the ocular surface and improved vision in a patient with LSCD.

- Visual acuity improved from hand motion to 20/70 by three months.
