Summary

The prepared toothpaste delivery (PTD) technique enhances fluoride toothpaste effectiveness by optimizing delivery to interproximal areas. Diluting toothpaste beyond 1.75 times significantly reduces fluoride uptake, highlighting the importance of low-dilution application, particularly with a finger brush.
