Abstract:
Herein, we report a unique D-π-A-π-D type fluorescent probe. The probe, with a large π system and two ICT processes, was sensitive to intracellular viscosity. Furthermore, the probe was successfully applied for the two-photon imaging of intracellular viscosity.
