Early detection of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is crucial. Vibration perception threshold testing is a valuable screening tool for identifying subclinical nerve dysfunction in diabetic patients, outperforming clinical exams.

  • Results were compared between patients with and without clinical evidence of neuropathy.
