Serotonin toxicity from isolated bupropion overdoses

Bupropion overdose can cause serotonin toxicity, a condition previously underestimated. This study found a 33% incidence of serotonin toxicity in patients with bupropion-only overdoses, highlighting the need for careful monitoring.
