Ectopic Prolactin Secretion From a Uterine Leiomyoma

A uterine leiomyoma was found to be the source of a woman's hyperprolactinemia, a rare cause of elevated prolactin levels. Surgical removal of the leiomyoma resolved the condition, highlighting the need to consider ectopic prolactin sources.
