A case of Campylobacter hyointestinalis infection caused diarrhea in an immunocompromised patient with chronic myeloid leukemia. Treatment with erythromycin quickly resolved the symptoms, suggesting C. hyointestinalis may be an enteropathogen in at-risk individuals.
