Summary

A new software enables semiautomated quantification of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) PET biomarkers, including whole-body tumor volume (PSMA_TV50). This PSMA_TV50 is a reproducible predictor of overall survival in advanced prostate cancer patients treated with 177Lu-PSMA-617 therapy.
