Summary

The Patient-Reported Outcome Measurement Information System (PROMIS) physical function-computer adaptive test (PF-CAT) shows strong construct validity in patients with patellofemoral instability (PFI). This validated tool offers a low burden and no floor or ceiling effects for evaluating PFI patients.
