Persistent left superior vena cava (PLSVC) poses challenges for cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) device implantation. Corrective His bundle pacing (CHBP) guided by electroanatomic mapping (EAM) offers a viable alternative for patients with unfavorable venous anatomy.
