Summary

Primary hyperoxaluria, a rare genetic disorder, can infiltrate the bone marrow, causing pancytopenia. This case highlights Gaucher-like cells in bone marrow, diagnosed via F-FDG PET/CT, in a patient with end-stage renal failure.
