Percutaneous Endoscopic Thoracic Decompression for Thoracic Spinal Stenosis Under Local Anesthesia

Percutaneous endoscopic thoracic decompression (PETD) offers a safe, minimally invasive option for thoracic spinal stenosis (TSS). This study shows PETD effectively improves neurologic function in patients with TSS caused by ligamentum flavum ossification, disc herniation, or posterior longitudinal ligament ossification.
