Summary

Computer-assisted testing using COMBITEST 2 revealed that reduced speed, not accuracy, differentiates neurological patients with cerebral impairment. Decelerated psychomotor speed in concentration and tapping tests is a key diagnostic indicator.

Configuration-frequency analyses highlighted reduced psychomotor speed as a diagnostic indicator, with combined concentration and tapping speed reduction being the most effective pattern.
