Abstract:
Fourteen tertiary level hospitals of China has preliminary verified the current concept of pre-acute-on-chronic liver failure in a prospective cohort of 4000 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic liver disease. Corresponding to the evidence-based evidence by the above-mentioned cohort all together three kinds of ideas for finding the pre-ACLF are put forward.
