Complex post-traumatic foot deformities cause pain, gait disturbance, and cosmetic issues.
Soft tissue injuries are a more frequent cause than bony injuries.

To analyze the etiology, types, and surgical outcomes of complex post-traumatic foot deformities.
To evaluate the effectiveness of corrective surgery in restoring function and work status.
