Super-resolution fluorescence microscopy (SRFM) provides a better resolution than conventional fluorescence microscopy by reducing the point spread function (PSF). This study introduces a new handheld device using Single Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) arrays for real-time autofluorescence lifetime imaging. This technology enables label-free tissue diagnostics by distinguishing between healthy and diseased states.
