Summary

Comparing two equine leukocyte enrichment methods, the syringe-lymphocyte separation medium (Syr-LSM) technique improved cell recovery and viability, while Histopaque (His) increased specific cell subsets. Both methods yielded comparable purity and TNFα levels.
