Abstract:
Highly efficient enrichment of target glycopeptides plays a crucial role in glycoproteome research. Owing to their large surface area and excellent hydrophilicity, 2-D Hf-BTB nanosheets showed effective and selective enrichment of 78 glycopeptides derived from 29 glycoproteins with 90 N-glycosylation sites from just 2 μL of human serum.
