  • Administered serotonergic antagonist cyproheptadine and agonist 1-(m-chlorophenyl) piperazine (mCPP) to two rat lines (Flinders Sensitive Line and control).
  • Measured core body temperature, locomotor activity, and operant responding for water reward.
