Combining Targeted and Untargeted Data Acquisition to Enhance Quantitative Plant Proteomics Experiments

This study introduces a combined targeted and untargeted proteomics approach, termed targeted data acquisition/data-dependent acquisition (TDA/DDA), for improved protein quantification. TDA/DDA enhances the accuracy and reproducibility of both targeted and broad-scale protein measurements in mass spectrometry experiments.
