  • Performance metrics included 83% airway patency, 100% heart rate auscultation, 94% pulse oximeter use, 74% oxygen increase, and 82% correct epinephrine dose.
  • A comprehensive framework was developed based on 10 identified publications.

Conclusions:

  • NLS guideline adherence among pediatricians requires significant improvement.
  • The developed framework provides feasible strategies to enhance knowledge, skills, self-efficacy, team performance, and guideline dissemination for better resuscitation outcomes.
