Monthly mock code training and online learning improved pediatric healthcare providers' cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills and confidence. This recurring curriculum addresses the inadequacy of biennial Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) recertification for maintaining proficiency.
