Miller-Fisher syndrome after SARS-CoV-2 infection

This case study reports a rare instance of Miller Fisher Syndrome (MFS) developing two weeks after a COVID-19 infection. This highlights a potential neurological complication of SARS-CoV-2, even with initial negative PCR tests.
