Muscle Sentry® has No Effect on Total Work Performed and Estimated MVO after High Intensity Short Duration

Muscle Sentry® supplementation did not improve total weight lifted or estimated oxygen consumption (MVO₂) in participants performing resistance exercises. This study suggests the claimed benefits of this supplement may be overstated for these performance metrics.
