- The second patient experienced mild, unrelated gastrointestinal symptoms.
Findings:
- Both patients underwent successful surgical removal of their cysts using the trans-sacral approach.
- Complete cyst excision was achieved without the need for abdominal intervention.
- The pathologies included different types of developmental cysts in the retrorectal space.

- The trans-sacral approach is an effective surgical option for developmental cysts in the retrorectal space.
- Complete surgical excision is vital for managing these rare cysts and mitigating risks.
