Weight Development in Children After Gastric Bypass Surgery

Children born to mothers who underwent gastric bypass surgery (GBP) showed varied weight development compared to Swedish reference values. Boys were heavier at 6 months but lighter at 18 months, while girls were heavier at 6 months. Small for gestational age (SGA) occurred in 3.0% of infants.
