HPV: Injecting Truth into the Vaccine and Making Effective Recommendations

Human papillomavirus (HPV) immunization rates are significantly below the Healthy People 2020 target of 80% and lag behind other adolescent vaccines that are given at the same time. There is no top reason for parents' lack of HPV initiation, and many concerns could be addressed by talking to a health care provider.
