Excellent Hemodynamic Performance After Aortic Valve Neocuspidization Using Autologous Pericardium

Aortic valve neocuspidization (AVNeo) using autologous pericardium offers excellent hemodynamic performance and low reoperation rates within two years. This valve reconstruction technique shows stable effective orifice area and mean pressure gradient in the first year post-surgery.
